2. Community Policies
2.1 Community Guidelines
Lightworks is a respectful interfaith space. By participating, you agree to:
- Treat others with respect and care, even when you disagree
- Avoid harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks
- Honor confidentiality and privacy: do not share others’ personal stories outside the space without permission
- Let people choose their own level of participation (camera on or off, speaking or listening)
- Follow facilitator direction to maintain a safe and steady space
2.2 Safety and Scope
Lightworks gatherings are not crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or in crisis, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are experiencing ongoing mental health concerns, please seek support from a licensed professional.
2.3 Event Participation
Some gatherings may include breath, meditation, gentle movement, prayer, reflection, journaling, or discussion. You are responsible for choosing what is appropriate for your body and wellbeing. Stop any practice that feels unsafe.
2.4 Recordings
If an event is recorded, it will be stated on the event page or at the start of the session. If you prefer not to appear in a recording, keep your camera off and use a display name.
2.5 Removal from the Space
We reserve the right to remove participants who repeatedly disrupt the space, violate boundaries, or engage in harmful conduct. Removal decisions are made to protect the community.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Lightworks Spiritual Community provides educational and community based experiences. We do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and our offerings do not replace licensed professional support.
If you have a medical condition, mental health diagnosis, are under the care of a licensed provider, or are in crisis, please seek guidance from a qualified professional and contact emergency services when appropriate.
By participating in Lightworks offerings, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and outcomes.
